Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. You can return products bought on this website by mail. Defective items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are refundable when we will receive all items.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns by Mail

Follow the below instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:

  1. Arrange the courier to collect your item.
  2. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original packaging, if possible.
  3. Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
  4. Contact us via email info@bent.design and notify about the returning shipment and tracking number. 
Changes and Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch as soon as possible via email at info@bent.design We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently, and we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. You can return products after receipt in accordance with our Returns Policy or your right to cancel.

Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Refunds Policy

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 7 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If you return a Product for any other reason, we will examine the item and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the day you inform us you wish to return the Product.

All refunds, including Product(s) received as a gift, will be made to the original form of payment.
