NOTE: BENT will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.


Standard Shipping and Handling

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorisation and verification have been obtained. Orders are ready to dispatch in 1–3 weeks shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days. Actual delivery times are subject to change. The delivery times displayed in the shopping bag at your order will reflect when you should expect to receive an order placed on that day and will appear in your order confirmation email.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated delivery times

North America: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks

We'll do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but we can't guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Taxes & Duties
We ship all orders from our studio in Lithuania, EU.

  • EU customers – Prices already include VAT. No extra fees on delivery.

  • UK customers – Orders ship from the EU. Import VAT and a small courier handling fee may be collected by FedEx or DHL before delivery.

  • Switzerland, USA & other non-EU countries – Local import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s rules.

Shipping Carriers

Shipments are carried via various courier companies, depending on the country.

Order Status

You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:

  1. The first confirms that your order was received. This email will arrive within about 24 hours.
  2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse.
